Release 2.25.0 - Access Policy

We’re introducing Policy Templates, a new way to secure your organization by creating reusable restriction templates that can be applied across groups. 

🔐 What are Policy Templates? 🔐 

Until now, restrictions could only be set directly inside each group. With Policy Templates, you can now define a policy once and apply it to multiple groups, giving you both efficiency and a clear overview of where restrictions are in place. 

A policy can include: 

• IP address restrictions – e.g., only allow access from your office network
• Time-specific restrictions – limit access to defined working hours
• Geo-location restrictions – restrict access to a specific region, city, or office

When a Policy is applied to a group, all logins in that group automatically follow the defined restrictions — ensuring sensitive logins and data are only used in secure environments.
