Tuesday morning at 09:45 we see that there are several services that report DNS service degradation. Some users who were on the affected DNS providers may find that they did not receive notifications in the mobile app.
Update 1: At. At 10:10 the error is identified and Uniqkey reports to the service provider that there are challenges with DNS. The provider starts troubleshooting.
Update 2: At. At 10:55 the DNS is "reconciled" which solves the challenge. However, some users have occasionally experienced that they still did not receive notifications as there has been a DNS cache.
Update 3: At. At 14:09, it is reported from the provider that DNS has been "propagated" worldwide and there should no longer be challenges. Uniqkey works again as usual.
