If you're having issues with notifications not appearing in your Uniqkey app, there's a few possible reasons as to why. This list contain the most common ones and their possible solutions.
1) Your app and browser are not paired.
Have you recently gotten a new phone, or are you for some other reason not logged into the app, you'll need to log in using your company email and masterpassword. In your browser, click the Uniqkey icon and choose the "click here to start" button. Follow the instructions on screen, and it'll take you to a QR code you'll then have to scan using the mobile app.
2) You're using a slow internet connection.
Using a weak internet connection might be the reason the extension and your phone can't communicate properly. Try switching from wifi to 4G - or the other way around, and see if it changes anything.
