In this guide we will be going through how you can share your Partner Keys with your team.

Partner Keys in Uniqkey is a crucial feature in the Partner Portal.

Uniqkey has three (3) different types of keys:

  • User Key - the standard key that every Uniqkey user has by default.
  •  Partner Key - these keys are the ones, that you will need to actively share with your colleagues to provide them with the necessary Partner features found in the Partner Portal.
  • Organisation Key - these keys are the ones, you will need to request access to other organisations Admin Portal. 

Step 1. Access the Partner Portal

Navigate to the Partner Portal either through the Uniqkey Fullscreen mode or through this link.

 

Step 2. Share Partner Key

In the Partner Portal, go to the 'Partner users' tab shown on the left side navigationbar.

Select the user you would like to share a Partner Key with by clicking the circle icon left to the user's name.

After selecting the user, you click the 'Share' button, which will prompt a pop-up window asking you to enter your master password (this is referring to your Partner Portal password and not your Uniqkey Master Password).

After entering your password, you will be notified that 'Keys have been successfulyy shared with % user(s)', and you'll see the user's 'Keys' access change.

 

Step 3. Share Organisation Key

Go to the 'Organisations' tab shown on the left side navigation bar.

Find your desired organisation and click 'Request Access' - you have no sent a request to the organisations Admin(s) and will need to await approval.
