We are experiencing network problems that can cause sporadic errors. If it's a nuisance, you can turn on Trusted Browser. It kan take op to 2 min for the extension to load.

Update 15/4-2024

Tonight between 20-21 we will move to new hardware at our providser to rule out that it's not this that creates challenges, as we have done varius tests that indicate it may be so.

Update 16/4-2024

Update on the challenge with the sporadic outages some of you have experienced with our product.

Our developers have investigated the issue carefully.

Yesterday we carried out a migration to another data center with our hosting provider ScanNet, to rule out potential hardware problems. We have not found the cause at this time and are not sure that our migration has solved the problem.

Our team continues to monitor the situation closely and is running additional diagnostics to identify and resolve the underlying infrastructure congestion causing these outages.

We are aware of the effect it has on our customers and apologize for the disruption to your daily work. Please be patient while we work to stabilize our infrastructure and restore service reliability.

We will make sure to provide another update when we have new or more information.
