Issue discovered 17.05

First report of issues with pairing browser and mobile app. Support and Development teams start investigating further.


Update 1: 17.34

Issue is caused by downtime at a third party service provider. Users on the EU Cluster are affected.


Update 2: 18:36
Issue has been found and Pusher and they deployed a Fix. Problem solved and service is stable again.
