We’re introducing Policy Templates, a new way to secure your organization by creating reusable restriction templates that can be applied across groups.

Until now, restrictions could only be set directly inside each group. With Policy Templates, you can now define a policy once and apply it to multiple groups, giving you both efficiency and a clear overview of where restrictions are in place.
A policy can include:
- IP address restrictions – e.g., only allow access from your office network
- Time-specific restrictions – limit access to defined working hours
- Geo-location restrictions – restrict access to a specific region, city, or office
When a Policy is applied to a group, all logins in that group automatically follow the defined restrictions — ensuring sensitive logins and data are only used in secure environments.
