🚀 Onboarding made simple – now on mobile
Employees can now complete onboarding directly from their mobile device:
- Open the invitation email on mobile and tap the onboarding button.
- No app? You’ll be redirected to App Store/Google Play to download Uniqkey.
- Already installed? The button opens the app directly on Create Master Password.
- After choosing a Master Password, the user is logged in and ready to go.
Note: If the app is installed after clicking the invitation link, users need to click the button in the email once more to complete onboarding.
🔑 Smarter autofill
We accidentally mixed up the order in the autofill pop-up (sorry about that!). The list now correctly starts with My Logins, making it easier and faster to find the right credentials.
👤 Easier user management for admins
Admins can now delete employees in Unprocessed, Staged and Invited status directly in the portal. This makes it simple to fix typos or resend invitations without contacting support.
ℹ️ However, employees cannot be deleted if they:
- Have vaults in their private keychain
- Are registered in another organization
This safeguard ensures no user data is lost. (Available only for employees not created via SCIM.)
